Winter Positions

Skate Host 

• Job responsibilities require applicants to be proficient in
  ice skating. Are you an experienced ice skater?

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Part-time, Temporary

Ticket Seller

• Experience working with a POS system, handling cash,
  working in a cash drawer
• High volume customer service – Retail or other customer
  service experience required

• Part-time, Temporary

Assistant Manager

• Manager on duty for winter ice skating and ice bumper car operations including front ticket office management, supervising seasonal staff (ticket sellers, skate hosts, bumper hosts)
• Assist with opening and closing the facility
• Assisting with Facility Management
• Assist with event management and supervising full ice and facility rentals. These events are typically Saturday and Sunday mornings.

• Part-time, Temporary

Ice Bumper Car Host

• High volume customer service – Retail or other customer
  service experience required
• Comfortable working and walking on the ice surface during sessions

• Part-time, Temporary

Skate Sharpener

• 1-2 years skate sharpening experience
• Use of Blade Master Equipment and Sharpener
• Experience maintaining a skate sharpening machine

• Part-time, Temporary

Safety & Security Coordinator

• Security guard or security personnel experience
• Experience working an outdoor facility or public facility
• Willingness to work outside
