Biltmore Park Kiosk

Spread Holiday Cheer at Biltmore Park's New Rinkubator Space!

Mayor Brett P. Smiley and the Providence Tourism Council are seeking spirited vendors to sell beverages, cocktails, snack foods, art and retail items while spreading seasonal cheer at the kiosk in Biltmore Park from November through mid-January.

This opportunity is aligned with the activities of the Providence Rink, which is open from 11 AM until 10 PM (weather permitting), seven days a week and draws over 40,000 visitors each season, providing excellent exposure for your holiday offerings. This new opportunity is part of Mayor Smiley’s efforts to increase activation and programming in our Downtown neighborhood to better support businesses, visitors and neighbors experience.

Other than proof of insurance and a creative concept for a winter market booth, all logistics are on us at no cost to participating vendors:

  1. Need a tent? We’ve got you covered.
  2. Need a table and chairs? We’ll set you up.
  3. Permitting? We take care of that too.

If Biltmore Park sounds like the perfect spot for your holiday shop, submit your RINKUBATOR application for priority consideration by Friday, November 7th! Applications will be considered on a rolling basis beyond November 7th date if space is available. Once submitted, we will notify you as soon as possible if your proposal is approved, or if any adjustments to your schedule or setup are needed.
